Dan works hard for his clients
I first met Dan when he appeared as plaintiff counsel in a disability case I was defending. Right away, I recognized and appreciated his approach to litigation, which was straightforward and efficient. He strongly advocated for his client, while at the same time worked cooperatively to move the case to resolution.
We have kept in touch over the years and I was glad to have been asked to serve as a mediator for him on some of his cases. Dan is approachable, has common sense, and works hard for his clients. I have referred clients to him in the past and would have no hesitation doing so in the future.
